Music can create spontaneous emotions within a person… What started out for Michael Reinhold, founder of the company, as a music diploma thesis has proven to be an effective tool for team development more than a thousand times.
Musicworks has been touring Europe for more than ten years already. Our team consists of almost 50 musicians, technicians and artists. They are connected by their passion for “edutaining” as well as coaching various people and groups. We consider every workshop a concert. In doing so, we receive an incredible energy which enriches and encourages our idea.
Due to our participation in the investors show “Die Höhle der Löwen” in 2014, we have also felt vindicated in our work. By rocking with the jury, we could convince event professional Jochen Schweizer of our unique team building idea.
Since 2015, we are also located in the south of Germany. This was an important step for us and our coaches as we are closer to our clients and are able to rock with even more teams all over Europe.
Due to the experience we gained over the last ten years, we can provide a full service for our clients. Thereby, it is possible for you to save costs by using our equipment not only for your workshop but also during your conference. Whether it is a simple acoustic amplification of your speech or a more elaborate video and presentation installation – we are happy to take care of the organization and realization for you.
We travel a lot and host 90% of our workshops in hotels. So, the logical consequence is to share our experiences with you. From designing your workshop to scouting locations – our organizational and technical team is happy to develop an overall concept for your event.
